A large electronic components manufacturer was struggling with low warehouse logistics efficiency and a high rate of manual handling errors, which severely affected shipping speed and inventory management accuracy.
Traditional manual forklifts and unmanned forklifts couldn’t effectively address these issues. To boost their warehouse transport intelligence, the company decided to introduce under-drive robots to handle multi-task operations, heavy load transport, and precise handling.
Solution
The company chose to deploy three Tieniu under-drive robots. Each robot has a high load capacity of 600 kg and is equipped with a 60-meter laser radar for precise navigation, making it easy to handle large cargo transportation tasks.
With a lifting height of 10 centimeters and high flexibility, the Tieniu robots can directly lift pallets from underneath the shelves and automatically complete pallet transport and stacking, minimizing the challenges that traditional handling equipment faces in confined spaces.

Implementation Process
During the deployment phase, we worked closely with the company’s warehouse team to fully understand their logistics requirements and warehouse layout. Through a detailed survey, we identified that the main bottlenecks were parallel multi-tasking, peak-hour transport efficiency, and the handling of large cargo.
To address these issues, we conducted secondary development on route optimization and task allocation for the Tieniu under-drive robots. We also integrated the system with the company’s Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring seamless connectivity.
Our engineering team collaborated closely with the company’s IT department during installation and testing. By leveraging the open SDK platform, we quickly developed various applications for the warehouse scenario, ensuring that the robot system could operate efficiently in a complex environment.
Results and Benefits
The deployment of Tieniu under-drive robots significantly improved warehouse operations:
1. Efficient Heavy Load Transport: Unlike non-under-drive robots, Tieniu robots can transport up to 600 kg of goods in a single trip, greatly reducing the limitations of single-trip transport and boosting overall warehouse logistics efficiency.
2. Accurate Pallet Handling: The robots can easily navigate under shelves to lift and transport pallets precisely, eliminating the difficulties traditional equipment faces in narrow aisles and greatly enhancing material handling safety and precision.
3. User-Friendly Operation and Flexible Expansion: The open SDK platform allows the company to develop functionalities and system integrations based on specific business needs, enabling quick deployment and expansion of the robot system.
After several months of operation, warehouse logistics efficiency increased by 40%, while manual handling errors decreased by 50%. The company’s inventory management and shipping efficiency have seen a comprehensive improvement.
