Can your robots integrate with MES or WMS systems?
Answer: Yes, we provide SDK development kits, example source codes, and open API interfaces to support integration with MES, ERP, WMS systems, as well as linking with other devices. We also have a professional technical support team.
Can your transport robots move goods between floors?
Answer: Yes, they can be equipped with the functionality to use elevators. However, we need to assess whether the elevator is compatible with our elevator control module. You’ll need to fill out an elevator control information collection form for our engineers to evaluate.
Can your machines control electric doors?
Answer: Door control is supported. We will provide the necessary modules and guide you through the installation and deployment process.
Do your factory delivery robots require floor markings or magnetic strips?
Answer: No, they do not. Our robots use pure laser navigation which is easy to map, and they autonomously plan routes without needing floor markings.
How is your robot’s obstacle avoidance? Is it safe?
Answer: Our robots use lidar and 3D vision for obstacle avoidance, achieving millisecond-level avoidance. After avoiding an obstacle, they can autonomously find a new route. The travel speed is adjustable. Our batteries are lithium iron phosphate, known for stability, and they include automatic power-off and overcurrent protection, making them suitable even for first-class warehouses.
