High-Tempo Assembly Demands Smarter Intralogistics
Audio electronics manufacturing is a typical multi-process, continuous assembly industry. Structural components, control boards, amplifier modules, and packaging materials circulate frequently between different processes, placing extremely high demands on delivery timeliness and stability. Any logistics delay can directly disrupt the entire assembly line rhythm.
During a phase of rapid capacity expansion, a large audio electronics factory identified intralogistics as a critical lever for its intelligent manufacturing upgrade.
Challenges of Manual and Forklift-Based Logistics
The factory operates across multiple floors, with raw material warehouses, semi-finished buffers, and assembly lines distributed across different zones. Previously, material delivery relied mainly on manual carts and forklifts, resulting in unstable efficiency, high labor dependency, and complex scheduling challenges.
To overcome these limitations, the enterprise introduced Reeman AMR material handling robots, systematically restructuring logistics flows from warehouse to production lines.
Shelf Lifting and Autonomous Navigation in Complex Environments
Reeman AMR features a rated payload of 300 kg and supports rack-lifting functionality, allowing entire racks to be transported directly. This significantly reduces repeated manual loading and unloading steps.
Using an autonomous navigation system, the robot moves flexibly throughout the factory without the need for magnetic tape or QR codes. It dynamically plans routes based on real-time environmental conditions and maintains stable operation in mixed human–robot environments.
Cross-Zone and Cross-Floor Logistics Automation
In complex factory layouts, Reeman AMR supports automatic door operation, enabling seamless movement across different production zones. It can also autonomously use elevators to complete cross-floor deliveries, opening vertical logistics channels and allowing materials to be delivered directly to designated workstations.
Production line staff simply initiate delivery tasks through a remote one-click call, ensuring that logistics response remains tightly synchronized with production takt time.
Proven Reliability at Scale
As a mature mobile robot brand, Reeman maintains one of the highest annual shipment volumes in the industry. Its products are exported to Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other global markets, with cumulative deployments reaching tens of thousands of units.
Extensive long-term operational data has validated the reliability and stability of AMR in high-frequency delivery scenarios, providing solid support for continuous capacity expansion in audio electronics manufacturing.
